Cancellation & Reschedule Policy

Should you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please contact Sam at least 24 hours in advance.*

Cancellation / Reschedule of the appointment (24 hours in advance): Free

Cancellation / Reschedule of the appointment (within 24 hours): $20.00

Late Policy (more than 15 minutes late): $20.00
This fee will be added on top of your scheduled service price.

No show Policy: Full price of the service
If you fail to show for your scheduled appointment, a full price of the scheduled service will have to be paid prior to a new appointment being booked for you.

We understand that emergencies happen and sometimes this is simply not possible, however as a courtesy, please let us know if you can't make your appointment as soon as you possibly can.

*All fees can be avoided by contacting Samantha on 021-777-327, 24 hours prior to your appointment time, in the case of emergency please contact Sam as soon as possible.
